Today we look into the meaning of the word that is most often translated into "church" in our english Bibles. When we see the meaning of the word "ekklesia" as it compares to "church" we can see that there has to be a deeper understanding of these translations. We have to understand that being a part of Jesus's church goes well beyond just a weekly gathering a particular place at a particular time.
