    • 6. Solo travel, self trust, and one of the best days of my life
      Jun 25 2025

Recorded from a hotel room in Dublin, this solo episode is a love letter to solo travel... The unexpected joy, the emotional moments, and the deep self-trust it helps build.

I share the story of one incredible day I had in Paris, how saying yes to solo trips has changed me, and why I think travelling alone is one of the most rewarding ways to reconnect with yourself.

From making friends around the world to the magic of random plans that somehow become lifelong memories, this one’s for anyone who’s ever wondered if they could do it on their own, and what might be waiting on the other side if they did.

    • Episode 5: Growing coffee with Tony in the Far North of New Zealand
      Jun 11 2025

In the very first interview on Me, Myself & Why, I sit down with Tony, the dad of one of my closest friends. We talk about his latest venture: growing coffee in the Far North of Aotearoa.

Alongside his wife Julie, Tony has spent decades growing avocados, experimenting with all kinds of crops, and finding new ways to innovate, adapt, and keep moving forward. We talk about how he got into coffee, what it takes to build an industry in a remote part of the country, and how he stays grounded even when things don’t go to plan.

Tony is someone who has ALWAYS seemed genuinely fulfilled by what he does and this conversation is a beautiful reminder that success doesn’t have to follow a straight line.

You just need a reason to get out of bed in the morning… And a willingness to keep showing up for it.

    • Episode 4: 2025, dating thoughts & maintaining relationships
      Mar 12 2025

Wait, the year properly starts in March… Right?

I don’t know about you but I’m over that whole thing of feeling a need to wipe the slate clean and go again with a shiny new year and a shiny new… Me?

Yes I want to improve and learn all over again, but I’m unsubscribing from the idea that I have to leave a version of myself behind in the previous year in order to do so.

Now don’t even get me started on dating (you don’t have to because I got myself started) - in the words of Eartha Kitt ‘many men wanted to lay me down, but few wanted to lift me up’.

The crazy thing is that nothing I’m saying is new news, and that’s precisely what’s draining about it. I’ve been single five of the last six years and right now is by far the least fun time to date… WHERE IS THE FUN AND ADVENTURE?!

As always, let me know what you think xo
