    There are micro movements your body has been doing for you without asking permission, and it’s steadily costing you more than you realise.
    In this episode, I shine a light on the micro movement habits most of us have built without noticing; the small, repeated ways we offload effort from our bodies every day.
    Some are the body’s clever workarounds. Some are old fear in comfortable clothes. All of them are worth noticing, because once you see them, you get to choose.
    There’s also a movement to try: a simple single-leg balance sequence that builds the kind of everyday confidence your body is asking for.
