Tiffany Gingrich is a living example of the power of transformation. After working for 19 years as a hairdresser, a serious car accident and the chronic, debilitating pain that followed created a need for her to change careers. This opened up the opportunity for her to finally follow her true passion to become a Transformational Mindset Coach. Tiffany earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Northern Kentucky University (NKU), and then went on to study Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), the Enneagram, meditation, personal development and the field of health and wellness. Tiffany has walked that fire with Tony Robbins at Unleash the Power Within (UPW) event in Los Angeles, and most recently studied with the Yoga Alliance in beautiful Isla Mujeres to become a Certified Yoga Teacher (RYT 200). Currently, Tiffany is facilitating Wellness & Spiritual retreats in Mexico and Sedona.
By combining the fundamentals of her psychology background and NLP training, her incredible life experience with healing her own body, and the strength of our own spirituality, Tiffany will show you that you CAN redesign yourself and harness the infinite power of your subconscious mind. It is her true joy to show you HOW to become aware of your limiting beliefs, stop self-sabotage and create a life you love through lasting habit change and powerful mindset shifts.
