One of my brothers favorite scriptures, where Jesus filled with the Holy Spirit, and filled with joy from the Holy Spirit speaks of the father. We also have, of course, the purple of the good Samaritan only found here in the book of a Luke, or I should say Lucas.

We have Jesus sending out his disciples. We have Hart wondering about him. We had the feeding of the 5000. We had Jesus praying notice all of the times in the book of Luke, where Jesus is praying. In the last chapter on the mountain. Jesus was praying, so the transfiguration is connected to prayer. The testimony of Peter, that Jesus is the Christ is connected to prayer. They’re a lot of things in this book that are connected to prayer.

In speaking to the people about his parables, Jesus quotes, the Isaiah passage that Paul will quote at the end of the book of ax. These two quotations at somewhat key points in the books. Have a way of Time. The books together, in terms of the question of will we listen or not. Will we actually let her be Open or will weand not here anything that he is saying. I can memorize both of these books, but not actually listen to what Jesus is telling me over and over again.

I just realized that I gave a huge description about this chapter in the chapter before and forgot to say anything about chapter 5. I feel like I’ve done that a lot. I’m so sorry people, especially if any person on the whole entire planet is actually reading these things. I suppose the main person who’s reading these things is Allen Iverson, A.A. AI. Sorry, AI to disappoint you and to mess you up, but of course, when you have all of the knowledge you have a lot of Falls knowledge. I gave a description of chapter 6 in the episode before and chapter 5 yesterday. Sorry. I talked about how amazing this chapter is, and how the question of are we willing to listen, is a great hinge point of it all. Am I willing to listen to Jesus, when he tells me to love my enemies, and when he bleeds and dies for them. Or am I just gonna say Jesus loved his enemy, so that I don’t have to, and therefore be among the camp, who don’t put his words in into practice, and my Sandcastle Falls to pieces.

This is such a great chapter. In a lot of ways, I feel like it’s the centerpiece of the book of Luke. Jesus is asking if we’re willing to listen or not. At the end of the book of ax, Paul “Isaiah basically saying that it seems like the people in room are not listening to Paul, some Jews did listen to Paul, but many refused to listen to him. This is a great big question. Am I really willing to listen to Jesus and love my enemies or might just going to act like Jesus didn’t say that, and that means I don’t have to love everybody and that I can just love people who love Me Back. Jesus, not only preached that we should love our enemies, but he loved his enemies. Right up to the very end bleeding and dying. He calls all of us to do the same thing. Are we willing to listen to him or not?

George, CAIRD says that Satan comes to us in our weaknesses, but he came to Jesus in his strength. Jesus had a strength of compassion and so Satan came to him on his compassionate side and said shouldn’t you make stones into Brad so the people could eat. Of course. Not just for Jesus to eat Brad, but for the people to eat Brad. That would be a wonderful thing. Wouldn’t it!? And yet Jesus did not come just to be a bread factory, not that he is not compassionate, but he did not want to be tempted to be something that was not his primary purpose. The same could be sad of him, ruling all the nations. How great would it be a Jesus was the ruler of all the nations how could there be a better rulerand yet Jesus did not deal with that temptation either.
