Aria talks about her relationship with her body over the years and what she has done in the past 6 months to improve it. She discusses the pressures placed upon exercise, eating and how we look. Listening to your body means doing what feels good for you, we are all built so differently there isn't one way to approach health. Diet and exercise shouldn't overshadow your life, building a healthy relationship with both of these things allow for appreciation and love of our own bodies.
