After a successful career in senior corporate management, she transitioned into music in 2011, co-founding Ninelives UK Artist Management and quickly earning a reputation for developing talent and securing international touring opportunities.

Since 2018, Lisa has served as UK Director at Adam Parsons Entertainment, representing globally renowned rock and metal acts including Europe, Uriah Heep, The Almighty, Lita Ford, and Ricky Warwick, while also championing emerging talent such as rising rock band Jayler.

During the pandemic, Lisa completed her MA in Music Entrepreneurship and began tutoring at WaterBear College of Music, helping shape the next generation of music professionals.
