      The stigma attached to therapy has always existed. It's unfortunate and unnecessary. Have you ever thought about pursuing therapy and wondered more about it, but were afraid to because of the stigma attached to it, especially in some religious communities?? Well today we have a psychiatrist who serves as the Chief of Mental Health at Edward Hines VA Hospital. He will discuss some of his experiences, and talk bout the stigmas that follow mental health and how he navigates mental health as a professional and as a Christian.
