  • So.. What Changed Holly's Mind??!! THAT decision to have a third
    Sep 11 2025

If you guys remember... back in January 2024, we released an episode where Sophie was about to give birth to Brody and Holly had put the brakes on thinking of a third...

WELL, in this interim episode, Holly talks about her decision to actually go for that third child; what prompted the final decision, the three years of contemplating and why... she opens up about her journey, answering everyone's questions post the announcement video, and discusses what happened at the beginning of the year when she went through a miscarriage, something Sophie can sadly very much relate to.

This episode delves deep into pregnancy anxiety post loss, what Holly did to get her through those moments and the methods she used, how she feels so incredibly grateful and blessed, whilst battling with feelings of guilt... and has only just come to terms with what is actually going on! And NOW the excitement is building and she can't wait to share this journey with you all!

    We hope you enjoy xx

  • People Pleasing & Teaching Your Kids Self Worth
    Mar 10 2025

In this episode, we discuss people pleasing and how it affected Holly growing up.

We talk about what makes you people please, trying to find yourself through the ages and how we FINALLY feel now we are in our mid/late thirties.

We mention what we are trying to instil in our children, in order to ensure they go through life with confidence and self worth, making sure they don't repeat the same pattern of 'people pleasing' mistakes we may have made.

Sophie fills us in on how she was bullied at school and what that taught her, and how Holly has learnt some major life lessons over time, after years of not being able to speak up.
