Fear is a human emotion we all go through, in this episode i discuss a particular type of fear, i believe haunts most of us, every now and then, the fear of being a disappointment, to ourselves, our loved ones and even those we care less about.

If you love someone or something, you shouldn't be afraid to let it go, right? i call bollocks on that, i have always believed letting go, translated to giving up, but now, i realize it could mean something else, and that holding on so tightly could actually do harm.

Do you really see your partner, do you really know them, this episodes goes deep into my experience with J, and how i saw or didn't see her, and how that contributed to our relationship ending, what i could have done better to prevent that, and what my hopes for the future are after learning this the really hard way.
