In lesson three you're guided fully into your inner realm — the living landscape within your heart center. You'll prepare your body by lying close to the earth, grounding into your breath, and softening into receptivity. Through breath, visualization, and the spiral of light in your heart, you'll cross the veil into your landscape, explore its elements, and meet a helping spirit animal or guide. This journey helps you receive symbols, colors, sensations, and intuitive messages from your soul. Afterward, you'll process through journaling or art to honor what emerged.
