This is an Anarinya adaptation of the classic mindfulness exercise, "Leaves on a Stream." You will be guided to the banks of the Silverthread—a gentle, sun-dappled stream in the heart of the forest sanctuary.

Here, you will learn to observe thoughts, feelings, and sensations with compassionate detachment, placing each one upon a leaf—oak, aspen, or laurel—and watching as the current carries it gently around the bend and out of sight.

This practice helps you:

  • 🍃 Create space between you and your thoughts.
  • 🌊 Release anxious rumination and mental clutter.
  • 🌿 Observe without judgment, reducing emotional reactivity.
  • Cultivate a sense of flow and present-moment awareness.
