Fellows are placed in a job and provided extensive training, executive support, civic involvement, and networking and social opportunities. Steven previously worked at the Indiana Economic Development Corporation, Lessonly, and a family business. Tad and Steven discuss the Orr Fellowship Evansville Region expansion, how the fellowship develops leaders, and how we can attract and retain talent in Indiana.
