    • The Autopsy Initiative Adds Service To Victims Of ICE Raids & Detention Centers

When a loved one dies in custody, families are often left with more questions than answers. The Know Your Rights Camp Autopsy Initiative, founded by Colin Kaepernick and Nessa, stands beside these families in their darkest moments—offering not only truth, but dignity.

Led by Nicole Martin, this groundbreaking program provides free, independent second autopsies performed by board-certified pathologists to uncover the full story behind in-custody deaths.

With private autopsies costing up to $13,600, many grieving families simply can’t afford the transparency they deserve. That’s where the Autopsy Initiative steps in—removing the financial burden and empowering families to pursue justice. Since 2022, the initiative has completed over 115 autopsies, exposing critical discrepancies and helping families find closure, accountability, and peace.

This episode hosted by Diana Barbadillo shines light on the human side of science and justice, amplifying the voices of those who refuse to be silenced. Every number is a name. Every report is a story. Every autopsy is a step toward the truth.

In this gripping episode of the KYRC Podcast, we confront the devastating toll of America’s longest government shutdown that stretched beyond 40 days and drained over $10 billion a week.. Families who depend on SNAP are going hungry, blocked from the benefits they’ve earned, as political gamesmanship turns food access into leverage. Through raw stories and urgent commentary, we explore how millions are forced to choose between survival and dignity while the government funds war over welfare. Yet amid despair, communities rise while organizing food drives, building mutual aid networks, and refusing silence.

    • Free Speech & The Government’s Responsibility In Maintaining It
      Oct 13 2025

Host: Amir Whitaker (@Drknucklehead_esq) and Diana Barbadillo (@deeeeezzyyy)

Freedom of speech has always been called the backbone of democracy, but in today’s America, many are asking—does it truly exist anymore? In this powerful episode, Diana Barbadillo and her Amir Whitaker trace free speech back to its First Amendment roots, reminding us that it was meant to shield people from government control. Yet now, we see television hosts suspended for their political jokes, social media voices silenced, and journalism under constant pressure. The conversation doesn’t shy away from history either, drawing chilling parallels to McCarthyism and other moments where dissent was punished instead of heard. The stakes feel higher than ever, as government agencies and corporations tighten their grip on what can and cannot be said. But through it all, the episode insists on one truth: free expression—whether through words, music, or art—remains a force that can challenge power and ignite change. This isn’t just discussion; it’s a call to protect what’s left of our voice.
