  • DAY 30 DIVINE ENCOUNTER | FROM THE RISING SUN | FAITH AND FASTING
    Feb 6 2026

Today’s theme calls us into spiritual alignment, inner transformation, and supernatural increase:

    Faith and Fasting

📖 Scripture Focus: Matthew 17:20–21 — “So Jesus said to them, ‘Because of your unbelief… However, this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.’”

When Jesus addressed the disciples’ inability to cast out a particular demon, He did not say they had no faith — He exposed the presence of unbelief. The issue was not the absence of faith, but the presence of resistance.

The problem was not that faith did not exist — The problem was that unbelief was hindering it.

It is possible to have faith and unbelief at the same time.

Faith is a spiritual force. Unbelief is a soul phenomenon.

When the spirit and the soul are in opposition, faith in the spirit can be wrestling with unbelief in the soul within the same person. This inner conflict weakens spiritual authority, delays manifestation, and blocks breakthrough.

    ⚔️ Word Weapons:

Luke 2:37 — Anna served God with fasting and prayers night and day. ➡️ Fasting produces spiritual sensitivity, clarity, and divine alignment.

Acts 13:2 — “As they ministered to the Lord and fasted, the Holy Spirit said…” ➡️ Fasting creates an atmosphere where the voice of God becomes clear and instruction becomes precise.

Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. But fasting works on the soul.

Fasting does not create faith — It clears the pathway for faith to operate freely.

Fasting works indirectly in two powerful ways:

First: It humbles the soul, allowing the spirit man to receive and carry the Word of God without resistance — which produces faith.

Second: It brings the soul into alignment with the spirit, so the soul stops fighting the spirit and begins to cooperate with it.

  • DAY 27 DIVINE ENCOUNTER | FROM THE RISING SUN | HUNGRY FOR THE WORD
    Feb 4 2026
WELCOME TO DAY 27 OF DIVINE HUNGER — 40 DAYS OF DEVOTION, PRAYER, FASTING & MEDITATION. Today’s theme calls us into spiritual desire, divine craving, and Kingdom purpose: Hungry for the Word 📖 Scripture Focus:
Luke 5:1 —
“So it was, as the multitude pressed about Him to hear the word of God, that He stood by the Lake of Gennesaret.” The people were not chasing miracles — they were pressing for the Word.
They were not seeking entertainment — they were seeking truth.
They were not pursuing spectacle — they were pursuing God’s voice. The authority of Jesus’ Word was incomparable.
The power that resided in His Word captured their attention and arrested their hearts.
They recognized that His words carried life, truth, freedom, and transformation. Even though we are living in a skeptical age — in a cultural environment where standards are rejected and truth is often dismissed — there is still a deep hunger for the genuine message of God in the hearts of many believers. People still crave authentic truth.
They still long for pure revelation.
They still search for untainted gospel.
They still desire the living Word.

    Feb 3 2026

WELCOME TO DAY 27 OF DIVINE HUNGER — 40 DAYS OF DEVOTION, PRAYER, FASTING & MEDITATION.

Today’s theme calls us into spiritual desire, divine craving, and Kingdom purpose:

    Hungry for the Word

📖 Scripture Focus: Luke 5:1 — “So it was, as the multitude pressed about Him to hear the word of God, that He stood by the Lake of Gennesaret.”

The people were not chasing miracles — they were pressing for the Word.

    ⚔️ Word Weapons:

Psalm 42:1–2 — “As the deer pants for the water brooks, so pants my soul for You, O God.” ➡️ True hunger for God is spiritual thirst that nothing else can satisfy.

2 Corinthians 3:1–3 — Believers are living epistles, written not with ink, but by the Spirit of the living God. ➡️ God’s Word is not only read — it is meant to be lived.

Many people today are looking for those who can speak God’s message with authority, character, compassion, and integrity. They are searching for vessels who carry the Word not just in speech — but in lifestyle.

This is why it is vital for us to become that set-apart people:

    • Who know the message of Jesus
    • Who live the lifestyle of Jesus
    • Who carry the heart of Jesus
    • Who share the message of Jesus

  • DAY 25 DIVINE ENCOUNTER FROM THE RISING SUN | FIRST THINGS FIRST
    Feb 2 2026

WELCOME TO DAY 25 OF DIVINE HUNGER — 40 DAYS OF DEVOTION, PRAYER, FASTING & MEDITATION.

Today’s theme calls us into divine order, spiritual priority, and Kingdom alignment:

    First Things First

📖 Scripture Focus: Proverbs 4:5–6 — “Get wisdom! Get understanding! Do not forget, nor turn away from the words of my mouth. Do not forsake her, and she will preserve you; love her, and she will keep you.”

God reveals a Kingdom principle: what you prioritize will preserve you. What you put first governs what you become. What you value determines what you walk in. So, Pursue, Seek, and Prioritize Wisdom From Above.

    ⚔️ Word Weapons:

Psalm 42:1–2 — “As the deer pants for the water brooks, so pants my soul for You, O God. My soul thirsts for God, for the living God.” ➡️ True spiritual hunger is not casual desire — it is desperation for God Himself.

Proverbs 4:1–18 — God reveals that wisdom produces direction, protection, clarity, and light. ➡️ The path of the righteous grows brighter because it is guided by divine wisdom, not human opinion.

Matthew 5:6 — “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled.” ➡️ God never ignores hunger that is directed toward Him — He always responds with fulfillment.

  • DAY 24 DIVINE HUNGER | FROM THE RISING SUN | FEEDING ON THE WORD
    Feb 1 2026

WELCOME TO DAY 24 OF DIVINE HUNGER — 40 DAYS OF DEVOTION, PRAYER, FASTING & MEDITATION. Today’s theme calls us into spiritual nourishment, discipline, and transformation through intimacy with God’s truth:

    Feeding on the Word

📖 Scripture Focus: Proverbs 4:20–21 — “My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart.”

This is not casual instruction — it is a divine command. God reveals the pathway of spiritual life: Eyes. Ears. Heart. Life. The Word must be seen, heard, received, and lived.

Victory over the adversary does not begin in strategy — it begins in Scripture. Since God has established His Word as the final authority, our first response in every situation must be to go to the Word and lay hold of His promises. Deliverance flows from truth. Freedom flows from revelation. Transformation flows from the Word.

    ⚔️ Word Weapons:

Deuteronomy 6:1–9 — God commands His people to keep His Word continually before them — in their homes, in their conversations, in their families, and in their daily rhythms. ➡️ The Word was never meant to be seasonal — it was designed to be saturational.

Matthew 5:16 — “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.” ➡️ When the Word transforms you inwardly, your life becomes a visible testimony outwardly.

2 Corinthians 1:20 — “For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us.” ➡️ Every promise is already approved in Christ — but it must be possessed through faith and feeding.

It is good to memorize Scripture — but memorization alone is not transformation. A beautifully prepared meal does nothing for a hungry person if they never eat it. In the same way, Scripture stored in the mind but not digested in the spirit produces no spiritual strength.

  • DAY 23 DIVINE ENCOUNTER FROM THE RISING SUN | DIVINE HUNGER
    Feb 1 2026
WELCOME TO DAY 23 OF DIVINE HUNGER — 40 DAYS OF DEVOTION, PRAYER, FASTING & MEDITATION.

Today’s focus brings us deeper into spiritual maturity: Training Your Senses to discern God’s will.

📖 Scripture Focus: Hebrews 5:13–14 — “For everyone who partakes only of milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness, for he is a babe. But solid food belongs to those who are of full age, that is, those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.”

Spiritual maturity is revealed not by age or activity, but by discernment—the ability to recognize what is of God and what is not.

    ⚔️ Word Weapons:

Hebrews 5:11–14 — “…you have come to need milk and not solid food… But solid food belongs to those who are of full age…” ➡️ Growth requires progression. God calls us beyond spiritual infancy into trained discernment through consistent use of His Word.

Hebrews 6:1–3 — “Therefore, leaving the discussion of the elementary principles of Christ, let us go on to perfection…” ➡️ Maturity demands movement. God invites us to press forward into deeper spiritual development.

You are spiritually mature when, through practice, you have trained your senses to discern between good and evil. This happens as you consistently walk in the Spirit and renew your mind with the Word of God—until even your flesh begins to respond according to God’s ways rather than the world’s ways.

  • DAY 22 DIVINE ENCOUNTER FROM THE RISING SUN | DIVINE HUNGER
    Jan 30 2026
WELCOME TO DAY 22 OF DIVINE HUNGER — 40 DAYS OF DEVOTION, PRAYER, FASTING & MEDITATION.

Today’s focus addresses a necessary reality of the Christian life: Spiritual Growth and Maturity.

📖 Scripture Focus: 1 Peter 2:2 — “As newborn babes, desire the pure milk of the word, that you may grow thereby.”

Spiritual growth is God’s desire for every believer. Salvation is the beginning—not the destination. From the moment we are born again, God calls us to grow up in Him.

    ⚔️ Word Weapons:

Ephesians 4:12–16 — “…till we all come to the unity of the faith… to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ…” ➡️ God’s design is maturity—so that we are no longer children tossed to and fro, but believers firmly rooted and built up in Christ.

Hebrews 6:1–6 — “Therefore, leaving the discussion of the elementary principles of Christ, let us go on to perfection…” ➡️ Growth requires movement. God calls us beyond beginnings into spiritual depth and stability.

Have you ever been in a room full of babies? Infants crying, crawling, and reaching for attention. Toddlers pushing, whining, and insisting on their own way.

It can be overwhelming, can’t it?

  • DAY 21 DIVINE ENCOUNTER FROM THE RISING SUN | DIVINE HUNGER
    Jan 30 2026
WELCOME TO DAY 21 OF DIVINE HUNGER — 40 DAYS OF DEVOTION, PRAYER, FASTING & MEDITATION.

Today we focus on a vital aspect of our walk with Christ: learning to recognize and follow The Shepherd’s Voice.

📖 Scripture Focus: John 10:3 — “To him the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his voice; and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out.”

Jesus presents Himself as the Good Shepherd. His sheep are not driven by fear or confusion—they are led by His voice. Knowing His voice is not accidental; it is the fruit of relationship and trust.

    ⚔️ Word Weapons:

John 10:1–9 — “The sheep hear his voice… and the sheep follow him, for they know his voice. Yet they will by no means follow a stranger…” ➡️ The distinguishing mark of the true sheep is discernment. God’s people learn to recognize His voice and reject every counterfeit.

Joshua 1:7–8 — “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night… For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.” ➡️ Hearing God clearly is rooted in meditating on His Word consistently. Obedience sharpens spiritual hearing.

Never be afraid of making a mistake. Failure does not have to be final.

If you miss the timing of acting on God’s voice, do not withdraw in condemnation. Instead, trust the leading of the Holy Spirit—He will show you how to get back in line.

Restoration often begins quietly. The Spirit will start by speaking to you about the small things in your life. As you grow accustomed to hearing and obeying in those areas, He will begin to guide you in the weightier matters.

This does not happen overnight. Our spirits must be trained to distinguish His leading.
