Linda Butare aka. Nunu the Creative is the founder of Kwivuga, Uganda’s influential poetry and spoken word platform. What started as a space for emerging artists to share their work, culminated in a huge show at the Kampala Serena Hotel in 2023. But the pressure of building such a project took its toll. Nunu takes us behind the scenes of her story and shares openly about her fight with burnout and how she found ways keep her passion going.

Atuhaire Collins Benda is a Ugandan technologist, AI software engineer, and innovator who builds AI‑systems tuned for Ugandan culture, languages, and communities. He helped develop the Uganda Cultural Content Benchmark (UCCB) to ensure inclusive, culturally‑aware AI models. He is also the tech lead for the Akatuuti Platform.
