Host Taylor Kennedy headed to Buffalo first to talk with the head volleyball coach of the Lady Bison Barry Clendenin. They discussed his team's success thus far, building a tough schedule and trying to get back to the state tournament.

Taylor also went to Capital High School where he met up with head football coach Jon Carpenter. Carpenter is back on the sidelines after being gone for three seasons.

The two discussed Capital winning its last two games, using the recent success as motivation, players with the most growth and much more!

Taylor also discussed the week four HD Media Player of the Week and Stats Leaders.

Taylor also gave his picks for week five of the high school football and college football season.
