This week on BTM, we have two amazing ladies; Justine and Devin, owners of Blackbird Salon located in Washington, DC. They share their story about the creation of Blackbird, the steps they took to opening their doors, the struggles and the accomplishments. They are both under 30 years old and just getting started. They recently celebrated Blackbird's one year anniversary and employed 22 people thus far. Congrats to you both and all of your success!
