She has over 15 years of experience in young adult ministry and is a leading figure in inclusive Catholic LGBT ministry in the U.S. She currently serves as the religious formation coordinator for the Catholic Ministry with Lesbian and Gay Persons of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles and is the founder of the Instagram account @LGBTCatholics. She gave a keynote address at the 2025 Ignatian Family Teach-in for Justice.
