In part 2 in our interview with Carla (Heather's mama), we talk more about the events that unfolded the day of the deadly crash, and the prosecutor who tells the family that they have a good case for Manslaughter against the driver, however, sadly that prosecutor goes MIA and the new DA of Ellis County Ann Montgomery is not giving Heather's case the light of day and refuses to prosecute the driver who hit Heather resulting in her death.
