One fourth of the Fittest Team on Earth 2023, Josh Al-Chamaa has been proving people wrong from the get go.
Growing up in Hackney, East London, when gang culture and crime was one of life's easy choices, he could have gone a very different direction.
A young life studying dance, he came to a pivotal monument, fuelled by a desire to understand his mixed race identity, and he found himself in a CrossFit gym.
The rest wasn't exactly smooth sailing as he worked his way to the upper echelons of the sport, as he so openly shares with Lauren Smith, in stories of his past and present.
