      It's time to digest one of the most exciting weekends of NJ HS football in quite some time! JSZ's Jay Cook was on hand for the thrilling St. Joe's-Bergen Catholic overtime game over the weekend and goes behind the scenes to take us through how the Green Knights got it done (01:59). In this week's Blast from the Past, we go back to 2019 to highlight the last time St. Joe's won this rivalry game (17:29). That SJR-Bergen Catholic game had us thinking...what are the best games we've ever covered? So we open that Pandora's Box and go into the vault to relive some of those incredible clashes (19:08). The public school playoff brackets are finally out and the guys go through the most interesting brackets throughout the state (41:48). The first round of county/conference soccer championships are done - so we break down which teams emerged as champions (55:37). We have a sneak peek into our first special guest - Naismith Basketball Hall of Famer Adrian "Woj" Wojnarowski, which airs in its entirety on Friday (01:01:32). In our final segment of the show, the guys pay their respects to the family and loved ones for New York Jets great and Delbarton asst. coach Nick Mangold (01:03:47).

Rich and Jay kick off this week's show by breaking down the big final scores from Friday and Saturday (2:13). Our big guest this week is Rumson-Fair Haven wrestling star Sonny Amato, who joined the show live to discuss all the details behind his recent commitment to Iowa (31:55). NJ has two No. 1 nationally ranked soccer programs and both teams were pushed to the brink over the last week - we go over those two monster games (41:26) before closing out the show with the emotional and inspiring story about Dayton Frulio (52:49).
