I’m sharing reflections on my personal relationship with gray hair and how society, especially for women, frames aging as something to hide rather than honor.

We also dive into a tragedy and the controversy surrounding the use of the hashtag #SayHerName, when TikTok star, Briana Gaye was killed in 2023, unpacking the layers of accountability and visibility—especially when it comes to Black women’s lives and voices. The conversation expands into the entertainment industry, raising questions about protection, silence, and power in light of allegations against Trey Songz.

From community care to cultural critique, I highlight the importance of supporting Black-owned businesses, by sharing two Black women owned small businesses to support.
