Hi there! Welcome to our Podcast. Our program is designed to help you help yourself. Over the next few months, if you would like to participate in our program along with us, this is how it will work:
- Month 1 you will walk outside for 45 minutes every day (any leisurely outdoor activity will do if walking is not possible)
- Month 2 you will add in listening to a podcast or audiobook or reading 10 pages of a book to your daily routine
- Month 3 you will drink a gallon of water every day
- Month 4 you will add in 15 minutes of strength/stretching (or combined) exercises daily
- Month 5 you will follow a healthy meal plan of your choice in addition to your other 4 self care activities
- Month 6 you will commit to daily self reflection using your own methods OR our very own Focus Fitness Journal
