This week, please welcome the first ever guest to the show! Jack Branning is a Naval Seaman who just came back from a patrol duty, where he spent 92 days on a submarine with the others stationed on the same craft. Jack has learned a lot in his time in the Navy, and tells Brendan and Henry all about how the experience has cut him, shaped him, and made him stronger. There is something in this perspective for everybody, and we are super excited to be able to share it with you!
