Hey, I really enjoyed that session just now. I've had a bit of a manic week, as usual. By Friday, I just think, “Oh yay!” I finally get to spend some time just waiting on Him, using my favourite language—music and the language of heaven. I don’t have to think too much, just rest in His presence and say, “Okay Jesus, you have my attention. You’ve got my heart right now.”

Face to face, heart to heart, hand in hand—just enjoying this time with Him.

So yeah, that’s our prayer for you today. Whatever you’re going through, I hope you can stop and give Him your full attention. Just love on Him again. And as you do, I truly believe you’ll be strengthened.

There's a part of the song that says, “He restores my soul.” That’s my prayer too—“Jesus, just restore me. I’m exhausted, but You restore me as I wait on You.”

Hey, so today’s session is all about strengthening our spirit man. I’ve felt really encouraged this week. I had a great time at a conference, hosted by Noel Robinson and friends, along with another friend, Valerie Elliot, who gave a brilliant talk on the unity between body, soul, and spirit.

She explained how our spirit should always be the one leading, but so often it's our body or soul—our mind, will, and emotions—that takes the lead, and our spirit gets pushed aside. If you’ve never thought about this before, I encourage you to look into it. It’s honestly so fascinating.

As someone filled with the Spirit—and with my husband too—we know how important it is to build up our spirit, because that’s the eternal part of us. Our bodies will fade, die, and return to the ground. I’m not entirely sure what will happen at the end of the world, but I do know that our spirit man will last forever.

I’ve found that spending time in God’s presence, especially when praying in the heavenly language, really strengthens my spirit. Paul talks a lot about this in Scripture—the gift of speaking in tongues and how it builds us up.

The word “wait” in the Bible also means to be bound to the Lord—not in a bad way, but in a beautiful, entwined way with God’s Spirit. When we wait on Him, our spirit becomes one with His, and we’re strengthened through that connection.

So today, my prayer—and our prayer for you—is that your spirit will be strengthened as you wait on the Lord, as you dwell in His presence, and as you ask the Holy Spirit to fill and unite more deeply with your spirit. May your spirit man come to the front and take the lead—not your soul or your body.

Sometimes our soul—our mind, will, and emotions—can be in turmoil, even battling each other. And being led by emotions isn’t always wise, especially if you’re someone who feels things deeply.

But when we build up our spirit, we’re more likely to be led by the Spirit of God. Life feels more peaceful and aligned when I’m led by the Spirit. So that’s my prayer for us today—that we’ll be Spirit-led people, and that this time will help build up your spirit in Him.

Today’s session was all about family again. We had Geraldine Latty and Cary Luce with us in the studio this morning.

Together, we spent time interceding and praying for families, including our wider family. Our prayer for you is that, as you listen to this in your home, you’ll join in with us. We truly believe Jesus is interceding with us for our families and our homes.

We’ve been praying for the spirit of wisdom over your family and ours—the spirit of revelation, fresh ideas, and even new ways of doing everyday things. We also prayed for the spirit of power: the strength to keep going, the stamina we need, and the inspiration to carry on for Him and for others.

That’s been our prayer as we’ve been singing, playing, and ministering this morning. We hope it blesses you, your home, and your family too.

Hi everyone, today’s session is all about praying for our families and interceding on their behalf.

We go through both tough times and good times in our families. Right now, it’s a bit of a struggle for many of us.

This song, if we're being honest, is a kind of lament — a cry to God saying, “Lord God, help us. Help us to parent our teenagers, to manage everything we're called to do and be, to do it all with grace — the juggling act — while keeping peace in our homes. Help us to guide our children in Your ways and to be passionate for You.”

So this is a prayer, a cry to God: Lord God, bless our families. Be present in our homes.

Holy Spirit, you are so welcome in our homes and in our conversations. Lord God, change us to be more like You in the way we communicate with each other, in the way we parent, and in how we care for our children.

Hey, it was a day session and I actually found it hard to focus. I'd try to fix my attention on Jesus’ face, but then I'd start thinking about some breaking news and get a bit distracted. It was a mix of being part of the men’s session and part worship this morning, but it all ended in high praise.

We were saying, “Okay God, even when really awful things happen—accidents, disasters, people getting hurt or even killed—we still choose to believe you're good. Even though you allow these things, you’re still a good God and you still deserve our praise.”

So that’s what we’re doing this morning. We’re choosing to give him high praise and worship, no matter what’s going on. Our prayer for you is that you can focus on him in the same way, whatever you’re facing—good or bad. We hope you can still know, declare, and praise him, because he really is a good, good God.

Hey, in today’s session I was just imagining the throne room of God, and coming in kind of meekly and saying, “Oh Lord God, this is for you!” All week I’ve been doing sound portraits with Epiphany, where someone sits in the middle of a circle of musicians and we just play in the Spirit over them.

On Wednesday, we had a great meeting with local worship teams. We did sound portraits over a couple of people, and then we said, “Let’s imagine we’re doing a portrait for Jesus—King Jesus.” So this morning, as we were recording, that’s what I was picturing in my mind. I was saying, “Oh Lord God, I want to bless you with this worship. I want to sing something of my praise and adoration to you.”

So yeah, it’s just pure worship this morning. And I pray that as you listen, your heart will be stirred to worship Him in spirit and in truth too.

Hi, so today’s session is inspired by the song Your Presence Is Heaven to Me. I had an incredible time of worship and healing prayer with a group of people this week. As I was leading worship and leaving, I started singing this song: Oh Jesus, oh Jesus, your presence is heaven to me.

I often talk about His presence. The Hebrew word for presence, panim, actually means "face". So, His presence isn't just an abstract idea—it's His face. As we seek His face, we sense and feel His spirit with us. And that, to me, is heaven.

What that means is it feels so good—it feels like home. It brings peace. It feels like you're surrounded by love. It even affects my body physically. It’s something you can truly feel. I don’t know if you could say it has visual effects on my spirit, but it feels like my soul is entwined—my spirit is entwined—with the Spirit of God. I can feel myself being strengthened, and I absolutely love being in His presence.

Our prayer for this session is that you, too, can feel something of the presence of heaven—not just through the music, but as you look at His face. I pray this inspires you to use your imagination to visualise Jesus’s face and ask His Spirit to be with you.

I guarantee that you will feel something shift. It might take a few minutes to quiet yourself, but with the right posture, the right heart, and a deep longing to seek His face, I know He loves to meet us. That’s my prayer for you.

This morning’s session was about James 4:8, where it says, “Draw close to God and He will draw close to you.” I believe God is always around us, but when we give Him our full attention—our hearts and our minds—He reveals Himself more. We become more aware of His presence.

That’s my prayer for this morning: that as we look to Him, as we seek His face and give Him more of our attention, He will draw us closer and bring us deeper into His presence and love.

I’ve often heard His love described as a river, drawing us in so we can soak deeply in it. I love that when we come into His presence, even just by imagining ourselves approaching Him, He always welcomes us with love and mercy. We’re able to come before God the Father because we’ve been made pure through the blood of Jesus.

It’s such an incredible joy and privilege to be able to draw near to Him and enjoy that closeness—even when we’ve made mistakes, even when there’s sin in our lives. He greets us with mercy. When we repent and say, “Lord, we want to come close to You, we want to be washed clean from the things that hurt You, us, and others,” He welcomes us. We simply want to enjoy His amazing presence. So draw us close, Lord. Take us deeper. We love being in Your presence.
