Era el año 1977. Yo tenía apenas 7 años y vivía en Puerto Rico. Una madrugada de sábado, alrededor de las 3:00 a. m., me despertó el suave sonido de unas cuerdas que venía de afuera de mi ventana. Miré hacia la calle y vi un movimiento bajo el poste de luz. Ocurrió una y otra vez, pero no entendía lo que estaba viendo.

Más tarde esa misma mañana, una imagen apareció en mi mente. Era mi abuela, quien había fallecido un año antes. Vestida de blanco y tocando un arpa, parecía un ángel.

Ese día supe que la presencia de Dios era real. Lo que vi no fue solo una visión. Fue un mensaje de fe, esperanza y amor.

It was 1977. I was just 7 years old, living in Puerto Rico. Early one Saturday morning, around 3:00am, I woke to the soft sound of strings outside my window. I looked outside and saw movement under the streetlight. It happened again and again, but I didn't understand what I was seeing. Later that morning, an image flashed in my mind. It was my grandmother, who had passed a year earlier. Dressed in white and playing a harp, she looked like an angel. That day, I knew God's presence was real. What I saw wasn't just a vision. It was a message of faith, hope and love.

I'm trapped in a cycle I can't break. Drowning in my own mind. The bottle, the drugs, they don't heal me. They just silence the pain for a moment. For 33 years, I was lost, chained to my addictions, my soul drowning in darkness. But then the Holy Spirit found me. In a single moment, I felt his Grace, his love. And those chains broke. I'm free now. Truly free. lost in shadows crying late at nightholding bottles tight in endless fight dark clouds covered hope no sign of day just a man in pain who lost his way then the light broke through the darkest storm felt his touch soul transformed Jesus reached out with arms so wide...
