  • "Baby Steps to Big Breakthroughs"
    Feb 20 2026

In this episode, we talk about how change happens and why small, consistent steps produce more lasting transformation than dramatic overhauls.

There is a lot of pressure to move fast when you want things to be different. When progress feels like it's occurring slowly or you slip into an old pattern, it is easy to interpret that as proof that nothing is working. This episode addresses that directly.

I share a season in my own journey when I was doing the work, then fell back into a defensive pattern during one conversation and felt like all of it had been wasted. What I learned from that moment changed how I approached the process entirely.

We look at how to build momentum that lasts, what to do when you feel like you are starting over, and how to recognize the growth that is already happening. You will receive a tool called the Progress Journal to help you document and celebrate small wins, so they do not go unnoticed.

We close with a reminder that progress is the goal. Every small step moves you forward. You are not where you were. Keep moving.

  • "The Stories We Tell Ourselves"
    Feb 20 2026

Episode 5: "The Stories We Tell Ourselves"

In this episode, we talk about the beliefs you carry about yourself, God, and others and where those beliefs came from.

At the root of every relationship pattern is a story. Some of those stories were formed during painful seasons of life. Some came from words spoken over you. Some came from experiences that left a mark before you even had the language to describe what happened. Whether you are aware of them or not, those stories are shaping how you show up in every relationship you have.

I share a personal example of a story I carried for years that quietly influenced every close relationship in my life. Recognizing it as a story rather than fact was the turning point.

You will work through an exercise called the Story Excavation, where you trace your beliefs back to their source, examine whether they are still serving you, and begin building new narratives grounded in truth. The goal is not to shame yourself for what you have believed. The goal is to see clearly so you can choose differently.

We close with this reminder: just because you have believed something for a long time does not make it true. You have the power to choose which stories get to stay.

  • "Feelings Are Information"
    Feb 20 2026

In this episode, we talk about what to do with your feelings.

Many people were raised to push emotions down, dismiss them, or feel guilty for having them in the first place. What that creates over time is a pattern where feelings that were meant to pass through us end up taking up permanent residence. We rehearse them and wonder why the pain grows instead of dissipating.

I explain the difference between experiencing a feeling and giving it a permanent space in your life. We also work on building your emotional vocabulary, which simply means learning to name what you are actually feeling with accuracy. The more specific you can get, the more power you have to process it and move forward.

You will receive a practical tool to help you start naming and claiming your emotions without judgment, so they can move through you the way they were meant to.

We close with a reminder that your feelings are not your enemy. They are messengers. Learning to receive what they are telling you, without drowning in them, is one of the most important skills you can build for healthier relationships.

  • "The Mirror Doesn't Lie (And That's Good News)"
    Feb 20 2026

Episode 3: "The Mirror Doesn't Lie (And That's Good News)"

In this episode, we take a closer look at one of the most uncomfortable things you can do: look at yourself honestly.

Most people spend a lot of energy managing how others see them while avoiding a clear view of themselves. The mirror exercise is not about criticism. It is about building the kind of self-awareness that makes real change possible. You cannot change what you refuse to see.

I walk through what typically comes up when people try this practice and why the discomfort itself is not a problem. It is information. I also offer three levels of the mirror practice so you can start wherever you are, whether this is brand new territory or you have done some of this work before.

We close with this truth: you are safe to see yourself clearly. Seeing yourself honestly is the beginning of becoming who you were meant to be.

If you are ready to stop avoiding your reflection and start using it as a tool for healing, this episode is a good place to begin.

  • What Is "The Work", Really?
    Feb 18 2026

Episode 2: What Is “The Work” Really?

In this episode, I answer a question many of you have probably asked: What does “doing the work” actually mean?

We break it down in a simple, practical way. The work is about building awareness of what is happening inside you, understanding where your patterns come from, and learning to respond from healing instead of pain.

I share personal examples of defensiveness and how awareness became the doorway to change. You will begin to see how old beliefs and unaddressed wounds can quietly shape your reactions, your communication, and your relationships.

You will also receive a practical tool called the Daily Check In, a five-minute practice designed to help you notice your emotions, reactions, and thought patterns without judgment.

We close with a reminder that you have permission to start where you are. Growth is a practice. Awareness is the beginning. If you are ready to look inward with honesty and compassion, this episode will give you a clear place to begin.
