What if midlife is not the beginning of your decline—but the awakening of the woman you were always becoming? SacredSHE Reset: Awakening Your Radiant Wisdom is for women navigating menopause, exhaustion, identity shifts and the quiet feeling that they have lost touch with themselves somewhere along the way. Hosted by Cherie Ashana—author of The Sacred SHE Reset and founder of AwakenedSHE—the show brings together honest solo conversations, lived experience, holistic wellbeing, embodied practices and intimate interviews with women and experts. Together, we explore the body, voice, vitality, relationships, healing, joy, purpose and hidden patterns that keep capable women running on empty. This is not another conversation about fixing yourself or becoming a better version of who you have been. It is an invitation to stop abandoning yourself, listen to the wisdom of your changing body and step into the next chapter with greater self-trust and radiance. You are not falling apart. You are becoming. Your radiance starts here.Copyright 2026 Cherie Ashana

  • What Does It Mean to Become a Radiant Woman? | 005
    12 Oct 2026

What if midlife isn't asking you to become someone new, but to stop becoming less of yourself?

After years of adapting, enduring, caring, achieving, and navigating change, it can be easy to view midlife primarily through what is changing or being left behind. Cherie Ashana offers another possibility: a wider vision of the woman waiting beyond survival.

She calls her the radiant woman. Not a woman who has perfected her life, healed every wound, or stopped struggling, but one who is learning not to abandon herself when struggle arrives.

Cherie explores what this could look like across the many dimensions of a woman's life from listening to her body and expressing her needs to creating honest boundaries, receiving support, reconsidering work and purpose, reclaiming her voice, and allowing joy to matter now.

This conversation also opens the door to the future of Sacred She Reset: a gathering place for honest conversations about menopause, identity, relationships, creativity, purpose, body wisdom, belonging, and becoming.

Who are you becoming when you no longer organize your life around self-abandonment and what might she be asking you to protect, express, or bring alive?

    What You’re Invited to Discover:

    • A different vision of midlife that looks beyond loss and toward what may be emerging
    • What Cherie means by the radiant woman and why radiance isn't about perfection
    • Where boundaries, voice, creativity, relationships, purpose, and self-trust meet in the process of becoming
    • The possibility of creating success and belonging without continually sacrificing yourself
    • A glimpse into the wider vision of Sacred She Reset and the conversations still to come

  • When Your Needs Are Always the First to Be Postponed | 004
    12 Oct 2026

What happens when your needs become the one thing that can always be postponed?

“I don’t have time for myself” can sound like a simple reality of a full life. But beneath the responsibilities, deadlines, relationships, financial decisions, and people who need you, there may be another question worth exploring: When did making room for yourself become optional?

Cherie reflects on her own pattern of recovering just enough to return to the same way of living, and the distinction she eventually discovered between recovery and restoration. From there, she explores the less visible costs of continually coming last—exhaustion, resentment, disconnection, and losing touch with your own desires.

Rather than suggesting another time-management strategy or encouraging impulsive spending in the name of self-care, Cherie invites a more honest look at time, energy, money, support, and the choices available to you now. Sometimes reclaiming yourself may begin with asking for help, lowering a standard, sharing a responsibility, creating a boundary, or simply recognizing that your needs belong in the conversation too.

Complete this sentence for yourself: The space I am ready to reclaim is…

    What You’re Invited to Discover:

    • The important difference Cherie discovered between recovery and restoration
    • What may be hiding beneath the familiar words “I don’t have time for myself”
    • A different way to consider the cost of waiting, not only the cost of taking action
    • Where time, energy, money, boundaries, and support intersect with patterns of self-sacrifice
    • One honest question that may help you begin reclaiming space without trying to transform your whole life overnight

  • How to Begin Trusting Yourself Again When You’ve Tried Everything | 003
    12 Oct 2026

How do you begin trusting yourself again when you feel as though you've tried everything?

There is a particular kind of exhaustion that can come from starting over—another routine, another promise, another attempt to change—only to find yourself returning to familiar patterns. Eventually, the disappointment can become something more personal: Maybe nothing works for me. Maybe I’m the problem.

Cherie brings curiosity and compassion to that fear, exploring why knowing what you need isn't always the same as feeling able to follow through. Through her own experiences with perfectionism, doing everything alone, and looking outside herself for answers, she reflects on self-trust as something that may be built through action rather than something you have to wait to feel.

Cherie shares three ways to begin differently: starting smaller than your perfectionism wants, noticing your evidence of return, and allowing yourself to be supported. Rather than measuring yourself by everything you haven't completed, she invites you to notice the moments when you listened, paused, asked for help, rested, or honoured what you needed.

Where might you be using an old pattern as proof that change isn't possible—and what could your next honest step be instead?

    What You’re Invited to Discover:

    • The deeper fear that can hide beneath the words “I’ve tried everything”
    • A different way to understand inconsistency without automatically making it evidence of failure
    • Why knowing what you need may not always make changing an old pattern feel easy
    • The small moments of return you may be overlooking when measuring your own progress
    • A gentler possibility for rebuilding self-trust without needing to know or trust the entire path
