Fire follows, bringing warmth, transformation, and renewed energy. And finally, we rise into the element of air, connecting with breath, openness, and a sense of expansion.

Each element becomes a doorway—an invitation to reconnect not just with nature, but with different parts of yourself.

This meditation is designed to help you restore balance, especially in moments when life feels overwhelming or disconnected. You can return to this practice anytime you need to feel centered, energized, or at peace.
