Jamel Bradley is a former University of South Carolina basketball star who, again, receives fanfare when he becomes a deputy for the Richland County Sheriff’s Department. As a school resource officer, Bradley faces allegation after allegation of inappropriate sexual relations with high school girls. He remained employed as a school resource officer, raising questions about whether school and sheriff’s department leaders did enough to protect girls from Bradley.
