À propos de ce contenu audio
Leadership, visibility, authenticity, credibility and trust are often treated as the same thing. They are not. In this episode of Unbox The Podcast, I explore the growing pressure to "show up" online and ask a deeper question: does visibility create leadership, or does real leadership create visibility?
Across professional platforms, we are constantly encouraged to tell our story and build our personal brand. Yet credibility is not built through exposure alone. It develops through coherence between what we say, what we do, and the long-term impact of our decisions. I also reflect on a leadership conference experience that made me question the long-term value of inspirational storytelling as a professional strategy, and why audiences today are becoming far more discerning about authenticity and trust.
Visibility can be manufactured. Credibility cannot.
