We're sitting at 43 degrees right now. But this drizzle is just the opening act. In the next 24 hours. Down in Southeast Pennsylvania, rain wraps up by mid-morning, but the fog hangs around like an unwanted houseguest. You'll hit 48 degrees with northeast winds gusting to 25 miles an hour. Tonight, rain returns around 9 P.M. With widespread fog. Lows drop to 39. Western Pennsylvania gets the main event. Rain likely before 1 P.M., then steady rain with a slight chance of thunderstorms. You're the warm spot today — climbing to 65 degrees. Rain continues tonight until 3 A.M., then patchy fog rolls in. Lows around 57. Central Pennsylvania sits right in the middle. Rain through the afternoon with highs near 48. Tonight, rain intensifies, peaking around 6 P.M. Expect a half to three quarters of an inch before lows fall to 40 by dawn. Friday brings relief.
