I know what it's like to work seven days a week, sit in a brand-new truck you bought yourself, and still cry so hard you can't see the road. I know what it feels like to do the affirmations, the meditations, all the personal development work... and still feel like you're spinning in circles, drowning in a life that doesn't look anything like

I lived it. I was kicked out in 7th grade. Beaten down and told I was horrible for the tiniest mistakes. I sat in a garage with the engine running, convinced it would never get better. And I was a singer — am a singer — with a Grammy on my vision board and what felt like an invisible ceiling above my head.

But here's what nobody was telling me: it wasn't a strategy problem. After 25 years of living, I finally learned that I wasn’t the problem. There wasn’t anything inherently wrong with me, just the environment and toxicity in how I grew up. I don’t believe anyone is born in sin. I believe we are all humans on a soul path, and we deserve space to grow. I wasn’t up against a “me problem”, and neither are you.

The moment I found body and movement-based energy healing was the moment my stored trauma and outdated identity stopped running the show and ruining everything I was working so hard to build. That was the moment manifestation became real to me; that’s when I knew it was actual science and not ”witchcraft,” which is what a lot of religious people think.

That’s when everything shifted. I 6x'd my income in less than 90 days. My music moved forward, and I freed my voice from years of feeling blocked and muted. And more than anything, I stopped abandoning myself, just like my parents once abandoned me.

Now I'm on a mission to help at least 1 million women do the same. This podcast is where we begin.
