Pricing is one of the things business owners overthink the most and fix the least.
In this episode, I’m talking about why pricing feels so uncomfortable, why so many business owners are undercharging without realising it and why constantly tweaking your prices doesn’t actually solve the problem.
This isn’t about copying what someone else charges or pulling numbers out of thin air. It’s about looking at your business properly. What you delivered. What it cost you. What actually worked last year.
It’s about using evidence, not emotion. Looking at what actually happened last year and making decisions from that, instead of getting swept up in January noise.
