    • Modern Women, Traditional Values - Finding Balance in a Changing World
      Feb 20 2026

      Modern women are exhausted.

We are building careers, raising children, running households, being wives, daughters, leaders — and often the emotional backbone of everyone around us. And somewhere in between all of that, we quietly ask ourselves:

Where am I in all of this?

      Am I a good mother?

      Am I a good wife?

Am I allowed to want independence and partnership at the same time?

In this episode, we explore one of the most delicate and misunderstood systemic dynamics in modern society: the order of love inside a family.

From a systemic constellation perspective, there is a natural hierarchy that brings peace and stability. The couple comes first. The partnership is the foundation. The child is the result of that union.

When a baby is born, it is completely natural for the mother’s focus to shift. Biology takes over. The bonding phase is sacred. Especially the first three years are a crucial imprinting time for a child’s nervous system, sense of safety, and emotional foundation. And yet, if the partnership is forgotten, if the man is emotionally sidelined tension enters the system.

Many women today are torn between modern independence and traditional values.

      We want to earn money.

      We want to feel empowered.

      We want to be self-sufficient.

And at the same time, we long to be present mothers and deeply connected wives.

So how do we balance this?

What happens when traditional structures clash with modern expectations?

What does it mean systemically when a woman places the child above the husband long-term?

What happens when financial reality does not allow a woman to stay home, even if she desires to?

How do we navigate extended family dynamics without entering power struggles?

      In this episode, we explore:

      • Why the partnership must remain the emotional anchor

      • Why children feel safer when the couple bond is strong

      • The importance of the early imprint years

      • The systemic consequences of misplaced hierarchy

      • How modern women can honor both independence and relational order

      • How to create balance without burnout

This episode is is about understanding invisible systemic forces.

And embracing that every person is unique, every relationship is unique.

When the order is clear, love can flow.

When love flows, balance becomes possible.

Let’s talk about how modern women can stop surviving, and start thriving!

    • Identity crisis - who are you really?
      Jan 29 2026

Who are you really? Beneath all the roles you play?

In this deep and soulful conversation, I sit down again with Nora Selim, a gifted life coach, movement and cycle dance teacher, and conscious leader in the corporate world. Together, we explore the layers of identity we wear throughout life—and how easily they can become invisible limitations.

We speak about the many masks we identify with:

      I am a daughter. I am a partner. I am a mother. A teacher…. And is that all that I am?

And how every “I am” can subtly narrow our sense of self if we mistake it for who we truly are.

This episode dives into the nature of conscience, the idea of a “good” or “bad” conscience, and how deeply it is shaped by conditioning, culture, and value systems. What feels right or wrong in one part of the world may feel completely different in another.

We also reflect on a fundamental truth: each of us is unique. We all carry different belief systems, perspectives, and inner moral compasses, and none is inherently better or more “right” than another.

True healing and inner freedom begin when we allow this diversity to exist, when we meet one another without judgment, and when we release the need to change or fix someone in order to feel safe.

Together, we reflect philosophically and compassionately on:

      • Identity and self-definition
      • Conditioning, morality, and cultural values
      • The fear of being a “good” or “bad” person
      • Letting go of roles, masks, and attachments that no longer serve
      • Accepting ourselves and others without the need to change them
      • Reconnecting with your core truth beyond labels
      • We are all One!?

This is a gentle yet powerful conversation that invites you to pause, reflect, and look inward, toward the space beyond roles, beyond judgment, and closer to who you truly are.

✨ A spiritual, thought-provoking episode for anyone ready to soften their identity and meet themselves, and others, more honestly.

    • Business and Spirituality - Do they belong together?
      Jan 15 2026

In this episode, I explore a question that many people still see as controversial:Do business and spirituality belong together – or should they be kept separate?

Together with wonderful host Nora Selim, Conscious Leader in the Corporate-, and Spiritual World, we dive into an honest and lively conversation about what it really means to lead, decide, and create in the business world while staying deeply connected to intuition, emotions, and inner truth.

      We speak about:

      • Can and should spirituality and business be combined?
      • Why spirituality is not something you add to business – but something you already bring with you
      • How intuition, gut feeling, emotions, and inner guidance naturally influence decision-making
      • Why businesses thrive when we stop separating “professional” from “human”
      • What happens when leaders allow themselves to feel, sense, and trust more
      • How conscious leadership creates healthier companies, cultures, and outcomes

At the heart of this conversation is a simple truth:

We are spiritual beings having a human experience – also at work.

And when we allow our full humanity into business, something powerful unfolds.

This episode is for leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals who feel that there must be another way of doing business – one that is aligned, conscious, intuitive, and deeply human.

Business and spirituality are not opposites.

They are meant to work together.

      Enjoy the conversation.
