As a human on earth you are designed to experience the full spectrum of emotions fluctuating between the different states. Since emotional intelligence was not taught in early education, many of us have experienced similar realities while not having an open conversation about these things, thereby leading to the belief that are experiencing this alone or that something must be wrong with us for having such a difficult time with emotions all together.
