      Nostalgia can be your best friend but can be your worst. A trip in the past can make you feel grateful but especially in this pandemic, a way of longing for the past. This can be lethal as you can be distracted in the present as you live in the past. "The good old days" is something we should stay away from. Let's move on. I am disgusted from what I see in the fitness industry today. Kids taking steroids to blow up on social media without learning about the risks. Some of the "prominent" fitness figures are fueling the steroid movement as a way to sell there own products.
