Karma’s “working” from Portugal this week, so Lesley and Amanda are joined by a brilliant guest Nathan Ing, owner of Radley Windows.

After starting as a service engineer, Nathan bought the 27-year-old business in 2020 and has since doubled the team, doubled turnover and moved into new premises. But outside the day job? He’s a former crowd-playing DJ (King of Cheese), BTCC superfan and secret Swiftie.
