Arianna was originally born and raised in Peru, moving to the US at age 17. Initially she enrolled at a local college but quickly learned that skills are just as valuable as a college degree. 

Pivoting her focus to a Master Esthetician’s school she was able to graduate and find a job at a local spa. At the same time Arianna also took on an apprenticeship with a local makeup artist. She quickly fell in love with doing other peoples make up and within the span of 6 months built a business around doing makeup for important events. She now spilts her time between the Beauty Spa and traveling around the country  as a makeup artist.

The best part of her business is that everything is done with a specific cause in mind. Whether to help individuals who have experienced trauma or celebrate the launch a female entrepreneur. Mike is on the other end of your normal entrepreneur story. After finding a market teaching CPR and safety trainings to his existing customer base. Mike was able start, run and exit his own business through an acquisition. 

The highlight of the story is the that the company that acquired his business did right by him and his customers. Mike still enjoys the freedom of running his own business but with the benefits of a corporate company.
