We are the founding owners of Current Leadership Coaching, LLC., (or “The CLC Team”) and have been coaching and training leaders for over 60 years (combined). We have recently decided to work specifically with leaders and their teams, because we have learned this is the most effective and impactful way to create a High-Performing Team (truthfully, our experiences have revealed this is the only true way to create and sustain a High-Performing Team).

Working with and coaching leaders is amazing; we will never leave the leadership coaching/training realm. However, the leader and the team reach their highest potential levels when we work with all of them together and guide them through the process we have created to become a High-Performing Team … A high-performing team that will increase your overall Performance, Productivity, and Profitability.
