  • Moving On
    Feb 20 2026

Why is it so hard to move on when deep down you know it’s time?

In this episode of Hope Beyond the Hurt, Trisha Warren speaks honestly about the moments in life when staying no longer brings growth, peace, or clarity — and how remaining too long can quietly cost you more than you realize.

Whether it’s a marriage marked by betrayal, a toxic relationship, a job you once felt called to, or a season that has taken more from you than it has given, this conversation offers biblical wisdom and gentle discernment for navigating what comes next.

    In this episode, Trisha discusses:

Why fear of change and the unknown keeps us stuck

The danger of staying out of obligation or past investment

When “believing it will get better” becomes harmful

Red-flag emotions that signal it may be time to move forward

How God brings clarity, not confusion, when He’s leading you on

This episode is especially for those who feel worn down, conflicted, or unsure if they’re hearing God clearly. If you’re facing heavy emotions or difficult decisions, be encouraged — God is faithful to guide you step by step.

If this episode encouraged you, please follow the podcast and share it with someone who may need hope today.

    There is still healing ahead.

    There is still purpose ahead.

There is hope beyond the hurt.

Have you ever felt too ashamed to come back to God?

Like your mistakes disqualified you… like you’ve gone too far… like grace no longer applies to you?

In this episode of Hope Beyond the Hurt Podcast, titled FOUND, Trisha Warren walks through one of the most powerful moments in Scripture—the woman caught in adultery—and reveals the heart of Jesus toward those carrying shame, guilt, and regret.

    Dragged into public view.

    Surrounded by accusers.

    Condemned by the law.

    This episode explores:

Why shame makes us hide from God

How the enemy operates as the accuser, starting in the Garden of Eden

What it truly means to be found by Jesus

Why there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ

How forgiveness and restoration are promised to every believer

If you’re tired of running from God…

  • Feeling Behind?
    Jan 11 2026

Have you ever looked at your life and thought, “I should be further along by now”?

Maybe because of what’s happened—or even a few choices you wish you could redo—you feel behind. That feeling can quietly turn into discouragement, frustration, and the sense of being stuck. But feeling behind does not mean you’re done.

In this message, we look at what Jesus taught in Mark 4—that the Word of God is like seed, and the heart is like soil. The seed is always good, but growth depends on the condition of the soil it’s planted in. When the Word doesn’t seem to be producing fruit, it may be time to look inward rather than give up.

Jesus identifies four heart conditions that can either block or release growth:

    • A hardened heart

    • A shallow heart

    • A distracted heart

    • A good heart

This teaching will help you recognize where you are and why progress may feel stalled—even when God is speaking.

We also connect this truth to Romans 12:1–2, where Scripture shows us that true transformation happens through surrender and the renewing of the mind—not by striving harder, but by allowing God to work from the inside out. This is the kind of change that truly transforms your life.

Finally, we look at John 15, where Jesus reminds us that growth and fruitfulness come from staying connected to Him—not from pressure, performance, or perfection.

If you’re feeling behind, this message will encourage you to:

    • Examine the condition of your heart

    • Release striving and choose surrender

    • Recommit to God’s Word

    • Trust the process of transformation

    You may not be delayed.
    You may be planted.

    No more down days.

  • Keep Doing Right Even When It Feels Wrong!
    Jan 4 2026

After walking through divorce in 2005 and suddenly becoming a single mom, Trisha found herself at one of the lowest points of her life. Sitting with pain she had never known before, she had to make a decision — would she let what happened to her ruin her life, or would she turn to God, heal, forgive, and keep moving forward?

This episode is a reminder that your circumstances do not determine your future — you do.

You’ll be encouraged as we talk about:

Taking responsibility for your response, even when you’ve been wronged

Choosing life, faith, and obedience in difficult seasons

Understanding the authority we walk in as believers

Standing firm during storms instead of giving up

Why continuing to do right always produces right in your life

We look at scriptures including Deuteronomy 30:19–20, Luke 8:22–25, Matthew 16:19, Galatians 6:9, Romans 12:21, and others that point back to this truth: you have authority, and God is with you.

If you’re facing challenges today, feeling tired, or tempted to quit, this message will remind you that you can stand firm, trust God, and keep doing what is right — no matter what.

There is hope beyond the hurt, and God is not finished with you.

  • Winning In Life - Help For The New Year
    Dec 15 2025

As we move into a new year, many people focus their New Year’s resolutions on everything they want to fix about themselves—which can feel discouraging and overwhelming. But what if winning in the new year isn’t about fixing what’s wrong? What if it’s about discovering what God is calling you to build, solve, and step into?

In this powerful episode of Hope Beyond the Hurt, Trisha Warren encourages you to leave behind negative self-focus and enter the new year with vision, faith, and purpose. Your past struggles don’t disqualify you—they may be the very thing God uses to launch you into your future.

In this episode, you’ll be encouraged to:

    • Shift your focus from resolutions to vision

    • Recognize how your struggles may point to your purpose

    • Stop waiting for permission and start walking in obedience

    • Believe that this next year can look completely different

Trisha also shares the inspiring story of Jaime Kern Lima, founder of IT Cosmetics, whose personal struggle became the foundation for a global brand after years of rejection. Her journey is a reminder that winning doesn’t come from a perfect path—it comes from persistence, faith, and obedience.

As this year comes to a close, this episode will challenge you to stop focusing on everything you want to change about yourself and instead ask God for a clear vision for where He is taking you next. This isn’t about making a New Year’s resolution—it’s about making a decision to move forward.
