Day 5: Holy Thursday – Is It I?
On Holy Thursday, we enter the upper room with Jesus and his disciples as they share the Passover meal for the last time. In Mark 14:12–24, betrayal sits quietly at the table, yet Jesus offers bread and a cup—symbols of his body and blood poured out for many. Today’s reflection invites us to wrestle with the sobering question: Is it I? In our own failures, we are not met with condemnation, but with an invitation to repent, to receive grace, and to remember the Lamb of God who gave his life so we could live.
