      This week we're talking about a case very close to us, The U.T. Tower Shooting. The 60s was an entirely different time, but it is easy to see how not much has changed in some ways. We're still dealing with mass shootings on a weekly basis and it is exhausting. I hope this episode can shed light on some of the issues we have been facing for the past few decades.

      This week we're talking about the Long Island Serial Killer (who may or may not still be out there). This case is such a bizarre and sad case. From 1996 to 2011 (maybe even 2013), the Long Island Serial Killer took the lives of many sex workers in the area. The investigation was a mess, and many people (including me) believe there is police corruption involved.

      This week I had the amazing opportunity to interview Molly Eagan. Molly is a trauma-informed writer, activist, and award-winning investigative journalist. In this episode, we talk about her and Lizzy Hershberger's new book, Behind Blue Curtains. It is a memoir about Lizzy's experience leaving the Amish and coming forward about the abuse she experienced as a young child there. Her story is, sadly, very common among these communities. That's why it is so important they are sharing her story. I am so thankful for Molly's time and these women's bravery.
