Welcome my friend, I invite you to join me on a sacred healing journey. Please allow me to guide you to release all of the tension of your day. Peeling away the layers of responsibility and stress one at a time, until we arrive at the center of your being.
Allow yourself to connect into the invisible, vast field of healing energy that surrounds and flows through your body. Like plugging in a battery to be recharged. All you have to do is rest and follow the sound of my voice. There is nothing expected of you here, nothing more you need to do. Simply allow yourself to be held and supported. Inviting your body to remember how to heal.
