  • Easter Sunday - the curtain was ripped in two!
    Apr 16 2026

Did you know there was a curtain in the Easter story?

The curtain in the temple separated the people from God’s presence - it was a real, serious boundary - and it was HUGE!

And at the very moment Jesus breathed his last breath, that curtain was torn in two—from top to bottom.

    Why did that happen?
What was God trying to say?

    Listen in.

  • Palm Sunday "selection day" - 29th March 2026
    Apr 1 2026

On Palm Sunday, we often reflect on the cheering crowds, the humble donkey, and the challenge to stay faithful - but what if there’s something even deeper?

In this message, Sue shares a powerful connection between Palm Sunday and the Passover story in Exodus. As Jesus entered Jerusalem, He did so on the very day the Passover lambs were chosen - “selection day.” God was presenting His perfect Lamb to the world.

This powerful insight invites us to see Jesus not just as a king to celebrate, but as the lamb chosen for us - and to consider what that truly means for us today.

  • Mighty Girls, Mighty God (Deborah): say what you see - 22nd March 2026
    Mar 25 2026

This week we met Deborah - the only woman in the Bible who was both a prophet and a judge. She listened to God, discerned what was happening, and boldly spoke truth.

Inspired by the classic TV catchphrase "say what you see" , we were challenged by how Deborah used her voice for good, named reality as God showed it, and led with courage and wisdom.

She simply "said what she saw" and we were encouraged to do the same in our lives.

  • Mighty Girls, Mighty God (Hagar): the God who sees me - 15th March 2026
    Mar 17 2026

This Mothering Sunday, we look at the story of Hagar - a woman often overlooked, yet the only person in the Bible to give God a name: El Roi, “the God who sees me.”

While others in our Mighty Girl series have shown us examples to follow, Hagar’s story invites us to do something different - to see what she saw about God.

In a world where many feel unseen, unheard or forgotten, this message explores the powerful truth that God sees our lives in full - the joy, the struggle, and the suffering. It also wrestles with the difficult question of suffering, pointing us to the hope we find in Jesus: not just a God who sees from a distance, but a God who steps into our pain.

  • Mighty Girls, Mighty God (Ruth): just do the next right thing - 8th March 2026
    Mar 10 2026

In this second message from our Mighty Girls, Mighty God series, we explore the story of Ruth – a foreign widow whose quiet faithfulness placed her in the family line of Jesus.

Her story reminds us that we don’t always see the whole picture of what God is doing and sometimes the most faithful thing we can do is simply the next right thing in front of us.

  • God loves you - 8th Feb 2026 @ Harvest Fields
    Feb 14 2026

Did you know that God is fluent in all the five love languages?

He loves us with a hesed (steadfast, faithful, loyal) love and an agape (self-giving, sacrificial) love. And when His love truly lands , it doesn’t just comfort us - it frees us from fear, heals shame, changes our behaviour and anchors our identity. It also reshapes the way we love others.

What a wonderful morning at Harvest Fields <3
