2. Engage everyone in decision-making process and solve problems together
3. Ensure every voice is heard
4. Share opinions without judgment
5. Have meals together
6. Listen to understand and lead with empathy
7. Learn together
8. Have social events outside of the work
9. Have each other’s backs – be each others’ allies.
10. Celebrate wins together
