Sat down with my youngest to have a little conversation about her life and what she's been up to. 

This week Kat and I pick back up right where we left off last week. She tells us about delivering the sweet beautiful twins she carried and her postpartum experience. 

We also touch a little on postpartum depression. If there are any ladies out there struggling please know you are not alone. 10-20% of new mothers are affected by ppd.

Happy Mother's Day

This week I talk with my awesome mother-in-law, Peggy. Join us as we talk about her raising 5 boys in the 80s and 90s and also her raising a grandkid in the 2000s. 

This week I am joined by my goofy middle child, Serenity. We discuss her adoption, some of the hard parts of her story, things people say to her, how she handles it, and she ask me some questions about my childhood. 

Life changes quickly. One minute you're sitting on the beach drinking Mai Tais with your husband and the next minute you're a parent. This week I am joined by one of my awesome sister- in-laws, Robin. We talk about military life, moving, traveling, work, and our crazy kids. 

Robin and Michaels daughter, Ana, had some behavior issues that they had to work on. Ana's doctor recommended 123 Magic and for them it worked like magic. 

Marie, Savannah, and I talk about rules, being a teenager, and things parents might be able to do to help their teens.
