  • Spiritually Clothed
    May 7 2026

Even in the bible, we see women taking pride in their beauty. It's something us girls naturally desire to be: pretty. There comes a point, however, where it can become vanity. How can us Christian girls then discern if our pursuits in putting on make-up and cute clothes relate with vanity?

Well, we first have to ask, "What do I tell myself when I look in the mirror?".

In this episode, Rorie Mikayla reminds the listeners that they are God's art piece, and if they look at it in disgust, then they are telling the Lord that He made a mistake.

Proverbs 31:25 explains that a woman pleasing in our Heavenly Father's eyes is the one who is clothed in dignity and strength. Though it's okay to want to look pretty, we must remember that our spiritual clothing matters the most!

  • Count Others More
    Apr 20 2026

In John, we see that God, in human form, washed the disciples' feet, asking us to do the same. Simple things like offering a seat to someone else or picking up trash demonstrates a servant's heart.

In this podcast episode, Rorie will dive into specific ways Christ’s children can serve with humility. Listeners will discover that fear can easily stem from selfishness. It’s when we care all about ourselves that the fear of being unaccepted rings loudest.

However, it's important not to take it to the extreme where we begin to despise ourselves.

Love yourself so that in turn you can love others. You are God’s workmanship after all!

  • Pray Without Ceasing
    Apr 6 2026

Prayer is a beautiful way to talk with our Maker. It's easy, however, to forget why we pray, and accidentally do it just because it's a Christian thing. Reminding ourselves that prayer is a conversation with God will help us reorient our words so we're genuinely talking to the Lord, rather than ourselves.

Praying before meals and in bed are the typical times to pray, but it doesn't just have to be then.

1 Thessalonians 5:17 says that we should "pray without ceasing", so in this podcast episode, the listeners will learn that every situation can be turned into a prayer. Talking with the Lord more frequently is putting to good use the gift of having an omnipresent Father. It's so comforting to have a best friend who is always willing to listen to us, and for that matter... the King of the Universe!

  • Those Phones
    Mar 22 2026

For years, Rorie suffered without a phone, or at least she thought she did, until she realized her parents were keeping her away from real distractions. The listeners who don’t yet have a phone may relate with Rorie’s younger self, who felt like she was the only girl in the world without a fancy device. They will discover, however, that it's an opportunity to draw closer to the Lord. Without extra temptations, it’s easier to focus on our main fulfilling purpose: pursuing Jesus Christ.

When she turned 16, Rorie got a phone, and according to her parents, it was a tool, not a toy. She was ready to use it wisely, but over time she discovered her boundaries were breaking. Reaching the point of having to tell her mom to hide her phone, Rorie knew she had gone too far. She hopes to encourage those teen girls who have a phone to keep discipline and not allow those phones to hinder their relationship with the King of Kings.

  • Identity in Christ
    Mar 16 2026

We naturally desire approval, whether that be from God or man, we yearn for it. We long to be accepted, cherished, and loved, but what will we do to get it?

In this episode, Rorie Mikayla reminds the listeners that the things of this world are like vapor that will never satisfy. It's attractive, but lasts for a brief moment. Allow your worth to be defined by your ultimate Creator and Designer. His words over you are pure truth and eternal.

In John 18, Peter was asked directly if he belonged to and served Jesus. He regrettably denied it. Being put under pressure can squeeze out your true allegiance, and it is in those moments that your real identity reveals itself. Persevere. "The one who endures to the end will be saved..." -Matthew 10:22

It's worth it, and He deserves it.

  • Scripture Sustains
    Mar 7 2026

As Christians, we know that reading God's living Word is so important, but saying we'll do it is way easier than sitting down each day and setting aside the quaint time we do have fully for the Lord. We know we should, but it's hard.

Christ Jesus, our forgiving Father, deserves our utmost submission, but it does take sacrifice to stop what we're doing and read the Holy Scripture.

In this podcast, Rorie highlights the key things stopping believers from having personal time with God and the things that typically go wrong when they do. She has faced it all and hopes to use those learning and growing times for the listeners to shape a pure scripture reading habit.

  • No Ordinary Testimony
    Feb 22 2026

Have you ever felt like your testimony is so boring and generic? You were six years old when you prayed the prayer, and that's all there is to it.

This episode is designed to remind teen girls that there is No Ordinary Testimony. That prayer of accepting Jesus is only the start of the Christian journey, a story being daily lengthened.

Rorie Mikayla briefly shares her own story of redemption, highlighting the transition from thinking Christians had to check boxes to realizing it's an intimate relationship.
