    • What if everything you believe about love is incomplete?
      Feb 24 2026

In one of the most profound dialogues of the Brihadaranyaka Upanishad, Sage Yajnavalkya tells Maitreyi something that shakes the foundation of human relationships:

“You do not love the husband for the husband’s sake…
but for the sake of the Self.”

      Pause.

If this is true, then what is love?
      Why does attachment hurt?
Why does nothing external fully satisfy us?

In this deeply reflective episode, we uncover:

      • Why wealth can never give immortality
      • The hidden psychology behind love and attachment
      • The Upanishadic secret of lasting fulfillment
      • How realizing the Self dissolves fear, insecurity, and loneliness

This is not just ancient philosophy.
It is a mirror to your life.

If you have ever loved deeply…
If you have feared losing someone…
If you have searched for something permanent in an impermanent world…

      This episode is for you.

      Listen slowly.
      Reflect deeply.
And share it with someone you truly care about — because the love you seek… begins within.

    • The Secret Behind Every Relationship (Upanishadic Truth That Changes Everything)
      Feb 20 2026

      Brihadaranyaka Upanishad | Chapter 2, Part 4

In this profound and intimate dialogue from Chapter 2, Part 4 of the Brihadaranyaka Upanishad, we enter the sacred conversation between Sage Yajnavalkya and Maitreyi — a conversation not about wealth, ritual, or power… but about immortality.

What truly makes a husband dear to the wife?

What makes a wife dear to the husband?

Why do we love anything in this world?

Yajnavalkya reveals a truth that shakes the foundation of human attachment:

“It is not for the sake of the husband that the husband is dear, but for the sake of the Self.”

This episode explores the radical idea that all love is rooted in the Self — the Atman — the pure consciousness that is our real nature. Through this lens, relationships are not possessions but reflections. Love is not dependency but recognition. And immortality is not a distant heaven, but the realization of who we truly are.

      In this podcast, we unpack:

      • The psychology of attachment through the Upanishadic lens

      • The meaning of Self-knowledge and why it is the highest wealth

      • The difference between transactional love and transcendental love

      • How realizing the Self dissolves fear, loneliness, and death

This is not just philosophy — it is an invitation.

An invitation to shift from “I love you because you are mine”

to “I love you because you are another expression of the same Self.”

If you have ever questioned the nature of love, identity, or permanence, this episode will feel like sitting beside a fire in an ancient forest — listening to a truth that is both timeless and urgently relevant.

      Listen slowly. Reflect deeply.

Because the one you are searching for… is the one who is listening.

    • Podcast Description — Bṛhadāraṇyaka Upaniṣad | Chapter 2 | Part 4 (Yājñavalkya–Maitreyī Dialogue, I)
      Feb 18 2026

What if I told you that every love you’ve ever felt—for your spouse, your child, your success, your money, your respect—was actually a hidden search for one thing?

In Chapter 2, Part 4, the Upaniṣad gives one of the most life-shifting teachings ever spoken in human history—through the intimate dialogue between the sage Yājñavalkya and his wife Maitreyī. Yājñavalkya is about to renounce worldly life, and Maitreyī asks a question that hits like lightning:

“If I get the whole world’s wealth, will I become immortal?”

And the answer opens a door that never closes.

This episode takes you into the famous mantra:

“Not for the husband’s sake is the husband dear… not for the wife’s sake is the wife dear… not for the children’s sake are children dear… but for the sake of the Self.”

The Upaniṣad isn’t insulting love—it’s purifying it. It’s saying:
You don’t truly love objects. You love the inner fullness you taste through them. And when you discover the Self (Ātman), love becomes free, fearless, and non-possessive.

Then comes the core practice-line of the Upaniṣad—your complete spiritual method in one sentence:

      Ātmā vā are draṣṭavyaḥ —
      The Self must be realised:

      • Śravaṇa (hear it)

      • Manana (reflect on it)

      • Nididhyāsana (meditate deeply until it becomes lived truth)

      In this episode, you’ll discover:

      • Why wealth can give comfort, but not immortality

      • Why attachment becomes pain, and how Self-knowledge dissolves possessiveness

      • How to love your family more deeply without turning them into your identity

      • A simple daily practice to shift from control → clarity → compassion

If you’re a parent, teacher, seeker, or simply a human trying to love without fear—this part is medicine.
